The Boys & Girls Club of Boone County is honored to be the host of the middle school dances in our community. The Club hosts 3 dances per school year for 7th & 8th Graders to enjoy a fun, safe night with their friends.

The Dances

White-Out Party

September 14 from 7-9 P.M.

$40 per ticket

The 7th & 8th Grade White-Out Party will be held on Saturday, September 14 from 7-9 P.M.

All attendees receive snacks and refreshments. Dress in white!

7th Grade Winter Formal

December 14 from 7-9 P.M.

$50 per ticket

The 7th Grade Winter Formal will be held on Saturday, December 14 from 7-9 P.M. All attendees receive snacks and refreshments, as well as photos from Bhatta Boom Photo Booth’s Open Air Photo Booth.

Dress code is semi-formal, but we recommend comfortable shoes!

Individual Tickets go on sale Monday, October 28 at 10 A.M.

8th Grade Winter Formal

December 7 from 7-9 P.M.

$50 per ticket

The 8th Grade Winter Formal will be held on Saturday, December 7 from 7-9 P.M. All attendees receive snacks and refreshments, as well as photos from Bhatta Boom Photo Booth’s Open Air Photo Booth.

Dress code is semi-formal, but we recommend comfortable shoes!

Individual Tickets go on sale Monday, October 28 at 10 A.M.

Glow Dance

April 12 from 7-9 P.M.

$40 per ticket

The 7th & 8th Grade White-Out Party will be held on Saturday, April 12 from 7-9 P.M.

All attendees receive snacks and refreshments. Dress in neon!

Individual Tickets go on sale Monday, February 24 at 10 A.M.

Tickets & General Information

Tickets for the 7th & 8th Grade Dances are $40 each for the White-Out Party and Glow Dance. Tickets for the Winter Formals are $50 each. Ticket packages are available for $130 and guarantee admission to the White-Out Party, Glow Dance, and either the 7th or 8th Grade Winter Formal.

Ticket Packages are SOLD OUT for the 2024-25 school year. Individual tickets will be available for each dance. 

What to Expect

  • Carpool if possible
  • Leave bags and outside food and drinks at home
  • Review your pick-up plan with your child
  • Please message your children as soon as you enter the parking lot to exit the Club.
  • Students will stay in the building until the parents are in the parking lot.
  • Staff will be requesting student names and making announcements inside the Club that their ride has arrived.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Information

To keep traffic flowing,traffic turning out of the Whitestown Unit will ONLY be able to turn NORTH onto 700 East.

All students must be dropped off and picked up on Club property. Students will NOT be able to meet parents at ZWest Middle School, soccer parking lot, or any other pick-up location.
