What is the cost? Expand

The cost is $65 per year to be a member. Sports Programs, After School Programs, and School Breaks require an additional fee.

What is your weekly/monthly fee for after school care? Expand
  • $125 per child in Whitestown and Zionsville
  • $50 per child in Lebanon
  • A sliding scale will be utilized based on free and reduced lunch to offer discounts in monthly rates

With the hybrid learning schedule for area middle and high school students, the Club has designed a new program for families.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7 am to 6 pm

Students may utilize the program on the three days they are at home learning

Fees

These fees are for the three days a week they would utilize the program.

    • Lebanon weekly fee:  $45
    • Zionsville weekly fee:  $90

Do you provide scholarships for youth or foster youth? Expand

Scholarships are reviewed case by case and are dependent on household size, income, and circumstances.

Is attendance required? Expand

No, we are a drop in facility and do not require attendance but recommend your child come at least three days per week.

Do you provide discounts? Expand

Family discounts are provided for families with more than one child in the afterschool program. We also provide scholarship assistance to those who qualify.

Do memberships transfer? Expand

If you are a member at one Club, you are a member at all three of our Clubs.

Do you provide meals/snacks? Expand

At our Lebanon Unit: After School dinner is provided at no additional cost.  During summer camp, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided at no additional cost, along with two snacks.

At our Whitestown & Zionsville Unit:  After School has a snacks provided at this time.

Do you provide transportation? Expand

Transportation is provided from schools to the Club in Lebanon, Whitestown, and Zionsville. We must have a transportation waiver on file. It is the parent’s responsibility to contact the bus barn to arrange the change in drop off.  Transportation home from the Club is not provided.

Are you open during school breaks or holidays? Expand

We are open during School Breaks and Summer Camp, excluding major holidays. We follow the Lebanon and Zionsville Community School calendars. Please call the Club for other breaks.

Can my child bring a friend for a day? Expand

Club visits are allowed during the school year and are limited to one day. Waivers must be signed prior to attending.
