The cost is $55 per year to be a member. Sports Programs, After School Program at the Whitestown & Zionsville Unit, and School Breaks require an additional fee.
There is no weekly or monthly fee. There is a $50/semester after school enrollment fee at the Whitestown and Zionsville Unit.
Scholarships are reviewed case by case and are dependent on household size, income, and circumstances.
No, we are a drop in facility and do not require attendance but recommend your child come at least three days per week.
Our fees are structured to be affordable. There are no family discounts, however we do provide scholarship assistance to those who qualify.
If you are a member at one Club, you are a member at all three of our Clubs.
At our Lebanon Unit: After School dinner is provided at no additional cost. During summer camp, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided at no additional cost, along with two snacks.
At our Whitestown & Zionsville Unit: After School has a snack shack of $1 snacks or you can pack a snack. During school break camp, breakfast is provided at no cost, but lunch is optional for $5, and snack shack has $1 snacks in the afternoon.
Transportation is provided from schools to the Club in Lebanon, Whitestown, and Zionsville. We must have a transportation waiver on file. It is the parent’s responsibility to contact the bus barn to arrange the change in drop off. Transportation home from the Club is not provided.
We are open during School Breaks and Summer Camp, excluding major holidays. We follow the Lebanon and Zionsville Community School calendars. Please call the Club for other breaks.
Club visits are allowed during the school year and are limited to one day. Waivers must be signed prior to attending.
