The full time staff of the Boys & Girls Club of Boone County bring over 40 years combined experience.  The 8 full time staff and 32 part-time employees goal is to provide a fun and safe environment for ALL of our members.

Mark Branch

Mark BranchCEO

Branch began his career as a Unit Director for the Boys & Girls Club in Indianapolis. After seven years at the helm of an Indianapolis club, Branch moved to Cleveland, TN where he was the Executive Director and oversaw two units and served 1,800 kids. After receiving two merit awards, he moved to South Carolina and oversaw three Units. In a three year period, he increased those three Units to 5 Units while also leading a capital campaign which raised $7.5 million – exceeding the original $5 million goal. After his success in South Carolina, Branch returned to his roots in Indianapolis and served as Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Indianapolis for seven years. There he was responsible for overseeing staff of 22 full-time and 90 part-time employees that served 12,000 youth in Marion County. He joined the national staff of Boys & Girls Club of America in 2006 and most recently served as Lead Director where he was responsible for managing Clubs in the Midwest, Southwest and Pacific-West Regions of the country.

Katie Reasoner

Katie has been with BGC Boone since July of 2018 handling fundraising, sponsorship, special events, marketing and community relations.  A native of Lebanon, she and her husband Tim are raising their three teenage boys, Graham, Kyle and Luke, in Zionsville.  Prior to joining the BGC movement, Katie has worked in fundraising and events for the Zionsville Education Foundation, Park Tudor School and Indiana University.  Katie graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Communications and a minor in Business.  She has lived in Atlanta, Nashville, TN and Ponte Vedra Beach, FL in the past 25 years.

Krista ArlandStewardship Manager

Krista has been with BGC Boone for two years, managing digital fundraising and special events. A longtime resident of Hamilton County, she and her husband Drew raised their son, JD, in Carmel Indiana. Prior to joining the BGC Krista worked for the Walt Disney Company in Community Relations and with the Carmel Clay Public Library Foundation. Krista graduated from Purdue University with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies.

Ken Kibbe

Ken KibbeAthletic Director

Ken was born and raised on a farm in Bremen, Indiana and attended the University of Indianapolis after graduating from LaVille High School.  He has lived in the Indianapolis area for 17 years and has been with the Boys & Girls Club for 8.5 years.  The Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins are his squads.  He and Emily live on the NW side of Indianapolis with their cocker spaniel, Stella.

Kathryn Rutherford

Kathryn RutherfordLebanon Unit Director

Kathryn has been with BGC Boone since August of 2017 after graduating from Indiana University. Starting as the Art Coordinator at the Whitestown Unit, Kathryn worked to help the organization as a whole and see where she could impact the lives of youth beyond the art room. Two years later, she works as Program Director to further the reach of programming at the three units and serve the youth of our community. Kathryn and Paul live on the southside of Indianapolis with their black lab, Desi and cat, Randy where they enjoy hiking and spending time with family.

Sarah Grimm

Sarah GrimmWhitestown Unit Director

Born and raised a Hoosier, Sarah grew up doing charitable work with her family, school and community. While studying at Indiana University, Sarah began working at the Boys & Girls Club of Bloomington where she developed a passion for their mission and impacting the lives of youth. Over 13 years later, Sarah runs the daily operations of the Whitestown Unit and is happy spending her days making the Boys & Girl Club of Boone County a positive place for kids, one program at a time. In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling the world with her husband, Derek, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.

Glenn Sanford

Glenn SanfordZionsville Unit Director

Glenn has been a part of the Boys & Girls Club movement since 1998. His role is to direct the daily operation of the club with primary concern for child safety, service execution, supervision of staff and facility management. “I love my job, and the best part is seeing firsthand the positive changes in the kids we work with every day,” states Glenn.  Glenn and his wife, Erin have two children, Graham and Sydney, and love that the Boys & Girls Club is an important part of their lives as well.
