The full time staff of the Boys & Girls Club of Boone County bring over 40 years combined experience.  The 8 full time staff and 32 part-time employees goal is to provide a fun and safe environment for ALL of our members.

Sarah Grimm

Sarah GrimmInterim CEO/Whitestown Unit Director

Born and raised a Hoosier, Sarah grew up doing charitable work with her family, school and community. While studying at Indiana University, Sarah began working at the Boys & Girls Club of Bloomington where she developed a passion for their mission and impacting the lives of youth. Over 13 years later, Sarah runs the daily operations of the Whitestown Unit and is happy spending her days making the Boys & Girl Club of Boone County a positive place for kids, one program at a time. In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling the world with her husband, Derek, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.

Katie Reasoner

Katie ReasonerResource Development Director

Katie has been with BGC Boone since July of 2018 handling fundraising, sponsorship, special events, marketing and community relations.  A native of Lebanon, she and her husband Tim are raising their three teenage boys, Graham, Kyle and Luke, in Zionsville.  Prior to joining the BGC movement, Katie has worked in fundraising and events for the Zionsville Education Foundation, Park Tudor School and Indiana University.  Katie graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Communications and a minor in Business.  She has lived in Atlanta, Nashville, TN and Ponte Vedra Beach, FL in the past 25 years.

Laura Cronenwett

Laura CronenwettFinance Coordinator

Laura has been with the Boys & Girls Club movement since October of 2006.  She oversees all aspects of the clubs financing, including the develop and management of budgets and preparation of financial statements.  Laura and her husband, Jeff live in Brownsburg and enjoy playing golf in their spare time.

Ken Kibbe

Ken KibbeAthletic Director

Ken was born and raised on a farm in Bremen, Indiana and attended the University of Indianapolis after graduating from LaVille High School.  He has lived in the Indianapolis area for 17 years and has been with the Boys & Girls Club for 8.5 years.  The Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins are his squads.  He and Emily live on the NW side of Indianapolis with their cocker spaniel, Stella.

Claire Spleth

Claire SplethAssistant Athletic Director

Claire was born and raised on the North East side of Indianapolis and has been with the Boys and Girls Club since January 2018. Claire runs the athletic programs for the Lebanon Boys and Girls Club and wants to continue growing the leagues. She graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in 2017 with a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Athletic Coaching. During college, Claire was a member of the SVSU Women’s Soccer team and led their team to NCAA appearances and conference championships.

Jessica Summitt

Jessica SummittLebanon Interim Unit Director

Jessica graduated from Ivy Tech with her Business Degree in 2013 after transferring from Vincennes where she studied Education. She is passionate about her position with Boys & Girls Club of Boone County and prides herself on bringing a variety of unique and fun programs to the Club. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.  She was married in 2015 to Andrew and in 2018 had her first baby girl Cheyenne.

Glenn Sanford

Glenn SanfordZionsville Unit Director

Glenn has been a part of the Boys & Girls Club movement since 1998. His role is to direct the daily operation of the club with primary concern for child safety, service execution, supervision of staff and facility management. “I love my job, and the best part is seeing firsthand the positive changes in the kids we work with every day,” states Glenn.  Glenn and his wife, Erin have two children, Graham and Sydney, and love that the Boys & Girls Club is an important part of their lives as well.
