Volunteer at the Boys & Girls Club

We LOVE our volunteers! Every year, we utilize over 340 volunteers to enhance the kids Club experience. As mentors, coaches, event assistance or after school help, our volunteers are integral to the success of our Club. AmeriCorps

The Club relies on volunteers through the AmeriCorps program who commit to completing large amounts of volunteer hours and getting things done. In return for their volunteer service, AmeriCorps members receive a living allowance and an education award.

Board of Directors

The Club is run by a team of volunteers that make up its Board of Directors. Dedicated professionals work together to chart the course of the Club, which they recognize as an essential part of our community.

There’s no better time to get involved in making a positive impact for kids in the Boone County community. We will help you match your skills and interests with events or activities. The rewards you receive are immeasurable.

Club Volunteers

Not only does the Club sponsor special events for its members such as holiday parties and field trips, it also hosts a variety of community events including the Father-Daughter Dance, Halloween Party and Middle School Dances to name a few. The Club can always use help tutoring homework, chaperoning dances or just general duties.

Sporting Activities

Do you enjoy teaching kids good sportsmanship and the fundamentals of the game? Here’s an opportunity to share your knowledge, and maybe learn a thing or two more. Volunteer to be a coach for one of the many sports leagues sponsored by the Club. Take your pick from basketball or volleyball (Lebanon only).
