Whitestown Unit Director

Boys & Girls Club of Boone County is seeking a competent and passionate individual to lead the Whitestown Boys & Girls Club, located in Boone County, IN.

The Unit Director directs and manages overall daily operations of a branch/unit under the control of the organization with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery, supervision, and training of staff (direct and indirect reports), personnel issues, drive a bus, management of a facility, develop and manage a budget, actively engage and support assigned Board Committees, parent relations, community relations, volunteers, and membership administration.

Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience, as well as a minimum of three years’ work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of young people, program development and implementation, grant management, facility management, and staff management.

Summer Program Coordinator

If your passion is working with kids, being a positive role model and providing a safe environment for the youth of Boone County, this is the place for you! Boys & Girls Club of Boone County, Lebanon, Whitestown, and Zionsville Units, have an opening for a Summer Camp Coordinator.

Program Coordinators must be energetic and creative. Supervises area at all times, facilitates activities that align with the daily program schedule, to create a safe and respectful area for all youth to gather and take part in structured, planned activities. Completes accurate and timely reports. Monitors and ensures member safety, equipment, maintenance, and cleanliness of program areas. Previous work with kids a plus.

Hours are Monday-Friday (4-8 hours per day) from June 1 - July 29.
